Workout Of The Day | Boulder Shoulder Workout, HIIT Cardio

Hey Guys thought it would be fun for you to see and maybe do my workout for today! Here is what I’m doing!

 

Warmup 5 mins on elliptical

Shoulders/Triceps

(all 4 sets of 10 reps)

Superset 1:

rear delt flys

cable face pulls

Superset 2:

dumbbell shoulder press

seated lateral raise

Superset 3:

Arnold dumbell press

single arm tricep extension

Superset 4:

machine incline shoulder press

tricep dips

Triset:

front dumbell raise

lateral raise

tricep cable extension

 

Finish with 20 mins HIIT Cardio!

Here’s what I did for hit:

5:00 warmup

1:00 moderate hard, 1:00 easy

repeat for the rest of 20 mins!

 

Have fun and get sore!
