I decided to see if I could make a lower carb/vegan version of a protein ball recipe I saw on the internet! But it had so much sugar! So I made it healthy! I also made a pumpkin version also which is what I’ll be sharing today!
Pumpkin Protein Ball/Bites (vegan, gf, sugar free, oil free)
-1/2 cup canned pumpkin
-1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
-4 1/2 scoops brown rice protein
-water as needed
Mix until you get a dough consistency and roll in to balls and keep in fridge! last for around 1 week!
