Throughout prep, things can start to get very boring and overdone. You will feel tired and want to give up multiple times, but you can’t! Who wants to give up on something that is so worth it in the end!?
Something I have found that helps me to not get bored and sick of prep is changing things up. What I like to change up is my workouts but also when I do my workouts. I find myself going at the same exact time every single day. And I have found that when I change the time I workout out, it becomes different and more fun. For example last week I went early almost everyday. Now this week I have been motivated and having great workouts when I go around 6 at night! So completely different times! I have really enjoyed doing this!
