Sometimes no matter how hard I am pushing myself, it can be hard to burn calories during my lifting session. So to keep my heart rate up during my workout, my coach and I decided to add quick bursts of ploys in between each exercise.
(In between each EXERCISE, NOT SET, do 1′ of cardio move: I.E jump squats, jump rope, box jumps, etc.)
So give it a try to add some extra calorie burn and sweat into your lifts!
