I thought for todays post, it would be fun to share my new training split. Basically what that means is how your seven days of the week are split up for training different body groups.
Day 1- Legs, Hamstring Focused
Day 2- Shoulders and Arms
Day 3- Back
Day 4- Legs, Quad Focused
Day 5- Chest and Arms
Day 6- Shoulders and Glutes
Day 7- Pylos
Repeat!
