Not only to inspire others who are reading this but to help motivate myself and keep me accountable, I’m going to be posting a few goals of mine that are NPC Prep food/workout related.
– Fasted cardio EVERYDAY NO MATTER WHAT
– Keep myself busy so i’m not thinking about food/hunger all the time
– Be positive and and realize the process can be slow
– Practice posing even for a little bit everyday
– Get More SLEEP!
