As an athlete myself, I know that I only want to give my body the best. And I also want the best results. So in my opinion, adding in top-knotch supplements to help me see the results I want is crucial, and I know most other athletes would have to agree.
So I do take more than one supplement, but what is one of my favorites? L-Carnitine.
L-Carnitine:

Why:
– helps immune system
– aids in fat loss
– triggers body to burn fat instead of muscle during catabolic states
– gives your body energy
– helps brain function
– increases muscle mass, lowers fat (I.E. better body composition)
– the list goes on and on…
So should you take it?! In My opinion yes! As far as studies show, you can never really “overdose”…it’s like vitamin C, too much and you just pee it out. So no bad side effects!
