Today marks exactly 15 weeks and 5 days out from my very first NPC Figure Competition.
Today also marks day 2 on my very first meal plan with my coach. Originally we were just doing macros that she gave me but now to get even better results we are doing a meal plan. So far I LOVE it, she is very good at making the meals filling no matter what.
Today’s Plan is to film a video as well as vlog throughout my day. Exciting videos to come!
I though I would share a few things about my meal plan. It includes 5 meals, all clean foods which I truly enjoy, and very high volume foods. Eating as high volume as possible during prep will help you so much since most likely you will be very hungry.
I got a vlogging camera so now for my vlogs I will not be using my phone besides the workout footage.
So just a quick update today! Last thing is I have cardio to do and a tough leg workout as well!
