This recipe is so easy, healthy, AND delicious! No added sugars or oils, completely gluten free (if you use GF oats), and quick to make!
Still working on my plating and presentation but they still look somewhat tasty haha! I assure you they were delicous no matter what your eyes tell you!
What you will need:
1 cup oat flour (you can even make it yourself in a blender!)
1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder
3/4 cup egg whites
1/4 apple sauce
1/3 cup trivia or sweetener of choice
1/4 cup almond butter (or other nut/seed butter of choice)
1/2 tsp baking soda
pic of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used sugar free stevia sweetened chocolate chips)
Mix! Pour! Bake! ENJOY!
Bake at 375 for 15ISH minuets! Check at around 12!
