Cookies are always the best, am I right? But sometimes the sugar count really may not be worth it. So here I have gluten free, AND SUGAR FREE peanut butter cookies! Allergic to peanuts? Use almond or cashew butter! Allergic to all nuts? USE coconut butter or sunflower seed butter! All are amazingly delicious and there are so many options!
RECIPE:
1 CUP PEANUT BUTTER (OR ALTERNATE NUT/SEED BUTTER)
3/4 CUP TRUVIA (OTHER PTHER FAVORITE CALORIE/SUGAR FREE SUBSTITUTE)
1 EGG
