Health Week: Day 5

Hey guys! Really sorry for not posting the whole weekend, I got really sick so sorry about that! I decided I would just start over from where I left of which would make today Day 5 of my Health Series! So let’s get to it!

Today Im going to talk about how cutting out certain foods can really impact your life in a positive way! Recently I have suffered a lot from inflammation in my body (particularly my stomach) and went to a natural doctor who had me get a blood test. The test showed a bunch of bad things that were affected from my diet. But honestly I was very confused because I thought I ate very “clean”. Which I do! But, not the right “clean” foods for me. I have known for awhile now that I’m celiac (can’t have gluten/wheat), but didn’t know I was allergic to even more. I did the elimination diet and the Auto Immune Protocol to cure my leaky gut (stomach issues) then was told to slowly add in back the foods groups to see what was negatively effecting me. Whatever upset me I would then have to permanently cut out. I found dairy, nuts, and all grains to really upset my stomach. But even thought it can get hard with such little choices I feel soooo much better.

So this post was to make you aware of how much you could potentially be allergic to and to give these diets a try to see how you feel and if you should cut out anything to make you feel better! Hope this gave you good tips thanks!
