Health Post: Day 3

Today’s post is going to touch on the idea of  how to follow a Fitness Plan. Luckily, I have LOTS of tips for executing your workout routine so you can see results! The first thing that helps me is to print out the current month in a calendar  setting.  For this, you can literally type in “(the month) calendar” and go to images and print! Once I have that, I lightly plan what each day will be. For example: Monday 8th is leg day, Tuesday 9th will be biceps and back, Wednesday off, etc.

Next I will print out 4 7 column papers and plan the coming week out in detail such as how long of workouts and around what time. Lastly the morning of each day I will right out the EXACT workout for that day. BUT, BUT this does NOT work for everyone because personally I’m the most productive when I plan very detailed and in advance. But some people are more productive when they are spontaneous. So I’m just giving you what works for me so you can try it out and see how it goes.
