Some of My Favorite Fall Foods/Beverages

Now that it is the fall season (or where I live, winter already), I thought I would share some of m favorite fall inspired foods and beverages! I figured I would narrow it down even though I have so many things to chose from, so I decided to do my top 7. Let’s get started!!

1. As the seasons change and the temperature drops, each day I begin to drink more and more tea. So getting fall flavored teas makes it all better! And my favorite fall teas are also super inexpensive so its a plus!

My two favorites right now are both from Celestial Seasonings.

I really like the Sweet Harvest Pumpkin flavor!

I also LOVE the Caramel Apple Dream flavor! Add a little stevia or honey and some almond milk and…BOOM! Heaven…mmmm…

2. And of course if you don’t have time to roast and puree your own pumpkin, who can go wrong with canned pumpkin?! You can use it to make both delicious sweet or savory entrees an desserts!!

4. I love hot cocoa but the traditional recipe can be quite a bit unhealthy. So here is the ingredients I use:

fair trade cocoa powder

6.  I LOVE TO ROAST BUTTERNUT SQUASH!! ITS SO IN SEASON AND SO DELICIOUS! (can you tell I like it?)
