NPC BIKINI PREP | STRESS, WATER WEIGHT, AND CARDIO

Alright, since these posts are not only to help you guys but to also help me when I look back at them later on, I’m going to be open and honest in every single post.

So lets start off by talking about stress. I never truly realized how much stress relates to weight and progress throughout prep. The more stressed you are, the more water you hold and the harder it is to lose weight. Some things Im going to start doing to control my stress is: yoga, sauna, reading (which Im honestly not a fan of), and just teaching myself to not be so darn hard on myself.

I think honestly everyone can benefit from adding these things into their routine (including me!).

Next: Water weight

water weight is tough, it mentally makes you feel you have gained real weight and also it can be hard to get rid of. So by taking detox teas, dandelion root pills, and a daily cleanse pill Im slowly getting rid of all my water weight!

Lastly: Cardio

Lately to make my longer cardio sessions more fun I have been watching youtube and listening to spottily with the gym’s wifi. Helps the time fly by!
