Tomorrow I’m going to be leaving for the Bodybuilding.com Expo and to watch the Idaho Classic NPC Show. Very Excited but have a very busy day today!

I thought it would be fun to do a series on my youtube channel with a few videos that include:

– Contest Prep Haul (already posted)

– Meal Prep for traveling on Prep

– Supplements I’m traveling with on prep

– what i’m packing in my suitcase

– tips for traveling on prep

All These videos will be filmed today! They then will all be posted by the beginning of next week! So be on the lookout for those!!

I also thought it would be fun for the rest of this blog post to show you my “today’s TO DO LIST”. So here it is!

-blog (doing it right now lol)

– put laundry away, clean bathroom

– workout (cardio and ploys today, no lifting)

– meal prep (film it)

– film rest of videos

-edit and upload a video

-finish rest of workout

-get tanned

-do nails

-pack up!

Another heads up, I’m also going to try and vlog some of the trip!
