First Health Video Up! Plus Health Week Update.

Yesterday I posted a hydration video and showed you how to make a few drinks that I drink on a daily basis! I show you how to make my favorite infused water and more!

 

 

Today Im going to be filming my January 2015 favorites!!! Going to upload it tonight or tomorrow morning!!!

Im going to “recreate” my Health week I started but didn’t finish a couple weeks ago!

Tomorrow will be the first official post of the second Health Week! Im so exited!

To start Health Week off to a good start, I’m going to post down below and AWESOME treadmill workout I came up with that is 20 minutes and really gets your heart rate going!! I will make a printable page for the workout so you can print it out and have in front of you so you can remember the workout!!!
